Sergio is a seasoned business executive with more than 40 years of experience in construction, logistics, international trade, and real estate investment sectors. Throughout his career, he has founded, managed, and expanded companies in Argentina and the United States. As Chief Development Officer, he is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy, overseeing development operations, and getting involved in all aspects of project execution, including acquisitions, planning, entitlements, financing, design, construction, and delivery.
For more than 11 years, he has participated actively in the acquisition, management, development, and administration of real estate investments in the United States through various investment entities. This experience has provided him with extensive knowledge of residential and commercial real estate operations, investment analysis, financing structures, and property management. His path started early in his career when he worked as an independent electrical contractor, performing electrical installations for residential and commercial construction projects. Then, he continued as a Construction Superintendent and Purchasing Manager, where he ensured the efficient execution of multiple construction projects. This led him to work as a Construction Project Manager of a construction company, overseeing field operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project deadlines.
