A licensed Architect, General Contractor, Real Estate Developer and Businessman, Jim has more than 25 years of senior management experience in full cycle residential and commercial development. His responsibilities included multi-project /geographic responsibilities for the entire business and development activities from conceptual product planning, market/feasibility/financial analysis and studies to legal/zoning, design, construction, marketing and sales, community management, and warranty programs.
Jim’s projects included single and multi-family residential, planned communities, country clubs, resort/hotel, commercial, industrial, high-rise, midrise, government, site development and golf courses located in the Caribbean, Hawaii and across the US. And he wears OSHA approved “aloha attire”!!
