After earning a Juris Doctor in Venezuela over 30 years ago and serving as a Partner at an International Law Firm, Erasmo started working as director of contracts at USGE. During his tenure at USGE, he has brought a wealth of experience at drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts for complex commercial and residential projects for USGE and sister companies. In addition, Erasmo has also supported the group in making sound informed decisions on investments, applying his long-standing expertise in real estate transactions and finance gained as manager of his family’s real estate business. As Chief Financial Officer, Erasmo has been the right-arm partner of our CEO and an outstanding leader working closely with the group’s controller, accountant and CPA. This teamwork has been aimed at creating a stable, and solid financial infrastructure that enforces USGE’s mission, vision and its culture of trust.

Erasmo has been a fundamental role model who has contributed his extensive experience and skills to his fellow team members while also learning from their strengths and experiences to continuously improve performance and results.
